Mail?s In! "Today's Mail" feature:
This feature gives everyone in your building access to the status of the US mail.
- With "1-click per day" your mail status can be updated. Simply push 1 button after the mail is in the mailboxes.
- "Today?s Mail" feature can also update your internal website. Cutting down those annoying "is today?s mail in yet" calls.
- Increase customer service and save yourself time and money by helping them time their trips to the mailroom. Everyone wins!
Auto email Feature:
MDD:
- Automatically sends an email or text message to each package recipient when they get a package.
- Includes all relevant info from the notes field which could include; package contents, tracking number, package location, fragility, perishability, and even who the package is from.
Package Tally feature:
Saves you time and hassle by keeping track of how many packages each of your residents receive. MDD:
- Emails you a report each month showing how many packages each person received.
- Reduces costs by identifying those residents who are potentially abusingoverusing your services and holds them accountable.
- Can even charge extra package fees to discourage abuseoveruse.
Package tagging Feature
MDD:
- Will "tag" each package with a bar-coded sticker so you know EXACTLY which packages have been logged in and which have not.
- Shows all the important information on each tag including the name, company name, package type, carrier type and even the day it arrived.
Web Access Feature
Your residents will have access to a secure password protected web Page that:
- Includes all relevant info from the notes field which could include; package contents, tracking number, package location, fragility, perishability, and even who the package is from.
- Tells them what packages they have waiting and which ones they have picked up.
